An annual boiler service gives us a chance to inspect your appliance before a worn seal, poor combustion or pressure issue becomes a breakdown. We check the boiler's general condition, safety operation and combustion. We also inspect the flue arrangements, seals, pressure and controls, looking for leaks or deterioration that need attention. This is planned maintenance rather than a repair visit, but it can reveal developing problems while your boiler is still running. We complete boiler servicing for a confirmed price of £80 plus VAT, and we have each visit carried out personally by our owner.
